Over the course of the session, we'll break everything down step-by-step, building confidence and technique at a pace that works for everyone. You'll learn the core movements and rhythms that form the foundation of Irish dance while enjoying a relaxed, social atmosphere with plenty of encouragement along the way.

No dance shoes are needed - trainers are perfect. All fitness levels are welcome, and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace.

• Foundational footwork and rhythms

• Traditional beginner movements and combinations

• Coordination, timing, and musicality

• Simple dances and sequences you can build on in future classes

Your Instructor

Classes are taught by Sam, a former Riverdance performer with over four years of professional touring experience across more than 30 countries. Sam is passionate about making Irish dance accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for adults of all backgrounds and abilities.
