Welcome to Step Social. By booking or attending a class, workshop, or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our approved booking system.

Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Places may be limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payments

All bookings must be paid for in advance.

Prices are subject to change, however any confirmed booking will be honoured at the price paid.

3. Refunds

As places are reserved in advance and class sizes are limited, bookings are generally non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a class, workshop, or event, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund, transfer, or credit will be offered solely at the discretion of Step Social.

If a class, workshop, or event is cancelled by Step Social, participants will be offered either a full refund, transfer to another session, or account credit.

4. Changes to Classes

Step Social reserves the right to:
